Terms of Service
These terms cover your use of PassFlow, an Android password manager published by Jose Campos ("we"). By using the app you agree to them. Contact: josegcampos2023@gmail.com.
Your account and master password
You're responsible for your account and for keeping your master password and recovery key safe. Your vault is encrypted with a key only you hold. If you lose both your master password and your recovery key, we can't recover your vault.
Subscription and free trial
- PassFlow is a paid subscription, billed yearly or monthly through Google Play, at the price shown in the app before you subscribe.
- New subscribers get a 7-day free trial. Unless you cancel before it ends, the subscription starts and you're charged at the end of the trial. If you allow notifications, the app reminds you on day 5.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time in Google Play (Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions); access continues until the end of the period you paid for.
- Refunds follow Google Play's refund policy.
- One subscription covers all your devices.
When your trial or subscription ends
Your passwords stay yours. Without an active subscription your vault becomes read-only: you can still view, copy and export your passwords, but autofill, sync and adding or editing logins are paused until you subscribe again.
Acceptable use
Don't use PassFlow to break the law, to store data you have no right to, or to attack, overload or reverse-engineer the service or other users' data.
The service
We work to keep PassFlow reliable and secure, but it's provided "as is". We can't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or that autofill will work in every app or website. Keep an export or another backup of anything you can't afford to lose. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time; see how to delete your account. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. Cancel your subscription in Google Play separately, since deleting the account doesn't cancel it.
Changes
We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we'll tell you in the app before it takes effect.
